The Float Wash system operates by filtering through a very fine mesh screen, typically down to 30 microns for white water. All fibre is rejected by the screen with the fine solids passing through with the filtrate. Spraying upwards against the liquid column ensures efficient separation and at the same time provides self cleaning of the screen.
