The Sinco-Jet is designed for a paper machine's harsh dryer section environment. The Sinco-Jet is designed to operate for long periods of time without maintenance. Components are rated for a maximum of 250ºF. Most internal and external components are made of stainless steel. A flexible high pressure Teflon® lined hose reinforced with stainless steel braiding is used to deliver the high pressure water to the nozzle orifice. Water pressure is typically set between 800 and 1500 PSI. The high pressure enables superior cleaning action using less water. The lower volume of water, combined with controlled cleaning speeds, allows the Sinco-Jet to clean without streaks while the paper machine is in operation.
