The Sinclair Company was founded by Peter Sinclair in 1925 when he purchased a small foundry in Holyoke, Massachusetts.  With time, the company diversified into plastics and other paper industry products.  Though the nature of the products Sinclair offers today is very different than those manufactured over 65 years ago, one thing has remained the same - the Sinclair name and commitment to customer satisfaction.  This is evidenced by the fact that we are now in the third generation of family management with David H. Sinclair Jr. serving as President.

Expanding into the field of UHMW polyethylene, the company purchased Trion Industrial Plastics, Inc. in 1972.  In 1973, the plants in South Carolina and Mississippi were moved to Jacksonville, Florida.  In 2003, the Plastics Division consolidated with the PSI Division in Queensbury, NY. Since then Sinclair Plastics has established a reputation for meeting customer's needs and providing the best service in the industry.  Presently, Sinclair specializes in the production of superior polyethylene and ceramic hybrid wear surfaces for paper mills and related industries.  We service the Western Hemisphere, including all of South America, and boast satisfied customers from Canada to Chile.
